The staff was really helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived till the time I left. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the main market. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch. The electric kettle in the room allowed me to make my own tea whenever I wanted. The flat-screen TV was also a nice addition. The dining restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with their family.

I had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were very well-trained, and the housekeeping staff were particularly diligent. I found the hotel location to be perfect as it was very close to the main market place, making it easy for me to go on romantic evening walks to the falls. Moreover, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I liked the fact that they offered transportation services. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, especially Mr. D.S Bannot, the housekeeper, Miss Sherpa at the reception, and Chef mr. pandey.

The Wi-Fi quality was extremely poor and it was almost impossible to connect my devices. The air conditioning unit in my room was not functioning properly, and the room was too hot.

The staff is helpful and courteous, providing personalized service to all guests. The room is comfortable and clean with breathtaking views of the mountains. The hotel also offers an excellent restaurant with a variety of options to choose from.

Some facilities such as wifi in the room could be improved.

Location is near the main market area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were calm and cooperative at all times. The room had a breathtaking view of the city from the window.

The Wi-Fi system was very patchy, making it hard to use; the signal kept dropping. The TV channels were very basic and not too much choice. We couldn't sleep because of the noise coming from the hallway and heavy traffic in the street.
